CNC Points Use Guide

We are here to announce that we introduced the points system. Simply put, we want to help you save more money, especially our regular customers.

How does the points system work?

Exactly you don't need to do anything, all you need to do is log in to your account, where you can see how many points you currently have and a log of your points!

1. How can I get points?

  1.  Create a CNC account in our store. You'll get 5 points.
  2. You can invite your friends to register on our site and for each friend you invite, you will earn 5 points.
  3. When you place an order and the transaction is complete, you will receive the same number of points as the value of the item. We will forfeit points issued to customers who cancel or return an order.

2. How to use the points you earned?

You have points that can be redeemed for a cash discount at the time of purchase. Every 20 points for 1 dollar. That means that you can not only use the discount coupons we issue (if any), but you can also use your points to reduce the amount. In the future, we will introduce more offers for the use of points.

3. Why don't I have any points? I've purchased before.

The points system was launched on 03/12/2020. If you have purchased our products before then, these transactions cannot be recorded in the system, so you will not see your points. If you want us to add points to your account, you need to provide your order number and the account email belongs to you. We will add the points to your account manually.

4. How to use the points?
